Solara Refund And Return Policy
Both the Solara Field Tracker 2100 and the Solara Field TRacker 2000 are in a class by themselves in both their capabilities and functionality. They also set themself apart from their competitors with their extensive one year warranty on product and accessories. If there is anything not functioning properly with your Tracker in this one year period, we will replace it at no cost to the user. The warranty is void if the unit has been tampered with and altered in any way from the manufactured product.
Refund/Return Policy:
If for any reason the unit is not meeting or exceeding your expectations, there is a full refund upon returning the unit in its original condition within 30 days. After this period, Solara will provide support to the customer and attempt to reconcile any issues with the product and its use during the first 6 months of the air time contract. If the customer would prefer to return all merchandise during this 6 month period, there is a refund of 70% for both product and air time of the remaining contract.
After the 6 month period has been exceeded, there are no returns other than those covered under the warranty provisions of the customer's contract.
